As a first time home buyer Daniel make the entire mortgage process easy and very stress free. Any worries and anxieties I had regarding my first big home purchase like this were easily taken care of by Daniel. He's very friendly and patient and was more than happy to walk me through any questions I had and explain things to me when I wasn't sure what the best option would be. He was always quick to get back to me even when working on a tight timeline for closing on my new home and he was very diligent in keeping order, keeping me updated and giving me financial advice for someone in my position. I appreciate the extra mile he went to make sure I was informed and comfortable throughout the whole process. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know and will definitely work with Daniel again for the next home!

Working with Daniel when I purchased my first house in 2015 was amazing! He was honest and straightforward on how much I was able to borrow, very fast at responding to emails/texts/voicemail, patiently answered my hundreds of questions, and broke down every document into layman's terms. My situation was a bit tricky but I put my trust in Daniel and he knew exactly which lender to use to get the mortgage secured.
