I highly recommend using Zack for mortgages! He literally SAVED us thousands of dollars. 2 days before the closing date, the mortgage company decided to disapprove our deal. We were so disappointed, and upset when we understood that we might lose our down payment on the property. In only 2 days Zack was able to get us another mortgage with TD Bank and one of the lowest interest rates in the market at the time. There are very few people who can get a mortgage in 2 days with one of the biggest banks in Canada. Highly recommended!!!
