When my wife and I were searching for our first home, fortunately we were introduced to Kati as our mortgage broker. Especially when you are trying to purchase your first ever home in your life and dealing with this too complicated and scaring process (to go over lots of debts for the rest of your life), youll definitely need someone especial as your mortgage broker so that not only you can get a best rate, but also that person knows very well about the current market and can manage your situation in a way that you will be approved for the desired amount of mortgage.
