Matthew and I have successfully working together now for over 2 years. One of the biggest problems facing Realtors today is knowing if your Buyers are Actually prequalified. What they think they are qualified to purchase and what they actually are qualified are usually two different things altogether. Matthew knows his stuff and knows what each lender are really looking for , there are no guessing games. When Matthew says my clients are qualified for x number of $ I know that's the bottom line. Having Matthew and his team working with me has saved me countless number of hours in researching my client's financial situation.Not to mention the possible number hours wasted in bidding wars. Matthew has eliminated that possibility. Not only has Matthew saved me time but has managed to find lenders for many of my clients who in normal circumstance may not have met the standard criteria in qualifying for that mortgage.
