Thank goodness for Robert Dang Robert Dang was amazing and got my mortgage completed super fast. Really appreciated all the effort he put into the process. I thought buying a house would be stressful but Robert was always a phone call away when I had questions and looked out for me. I could tell because he actually got me a lower interest rate before signing so I saved even more money. Really glad I went with him since every penny counts when it comes down to mortgages. I really liked how he guided me through each step of getting a mortgage and explained the benefits of each type of interest rate and things to consider when choosing one. Id definitely recommend him if anyone was interested in purchasing a house as he really makes the experience a good one.

We had been with Scotiabank for over 30 years and when they called and told me the new interest rate for our mortgage was going to be 2.5 times more than we were paying now I knew I had to find another way to pay for our house or lose it. I found True North and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Robert Dang! He has been so patient, understanding and beyond helpful getting us a much better deal through True North and THINK financial. Thanks to him and his dedication to helping us we will only be paying an additional $100 more a month compared to $500+ Scotiabank was going to be charging us. We did 2 mortgage applications with Robert Dang and would highly recommend him. Robert is passionate, caring and professional, and I am impressed with the expertise and service he provided. The first mortgage went well but there were issues with the property and we did not close the deal, Robert was able to help us set up second mortgage once we got the offer accepted, and even got us a better rate! He put a great effort to accommodate our needs to ensure the process was seamless and always kept us informed, and got everything finalized in a short period of time. He is super responsive even it is not business hours and you can tell that he truly cares about his clients. I will continue working with Robert for any of my mortgage needs in the future, thank you Robert!

Wonderful experience working with Robert Dang! Robert is professional, patient, and helpful. As a first time home buyer I was quite nervous and overwhelmed but Robert walked me through the entire process, explained everything in detail and was super responsive! He was able to give us a very good rate, follow up with lender all the time to keep us updated and confirm financing in 7 days. Thanks for all your help Robert! UPDATE: The mortgage went well but there were some issues with the property so we did not close at the very last minute. We were so stressed because we must move out in a month so we contacted Robert to explain our situation, and his words really reassured us. We found another property and he started working on it right away, he was super efficient, patient and helpful during our hard time! He helped us to swap property, worked hard to adjust things for us to keep the process going smoothly as it is kinda different than the first property. He kept on updating us which reduced our anxiety a lot while we were waiting for the application to be finalized, and he got everything done in a few days! Thanks a lot Robert!!
