Paul is an absolute pro. I reached out about my upcoming mortgage renewal, and he was able to secure a rate well below what the banks were offering publicly. The best deal just happened to be at my current Big 5 lender. Paul excels at communication and customer service - he let me know where the process was at every step of the way. I never had to chase him for information. At one point, he recommended holding for a week because he had a feeling that rates were going to go down. Sure enough, they did. After securing the rate, he passed me on to one of his team, Cassandra, to close the deal. Cassandra was fantastic as well! Paul and team, you will be hearing from me in 3 years when my next renewal is up :)

Paul Meredith and his team are absolutely fantastic to work with. If you need a new mortgage, a renewal or refinance, I strongly suggest you reach out to Paul Meredith's team first. The advice given, the process and level of service is bar none. Our renewal was coming up and we were getting stressed out because our current bank's renewal rates were so high. Fortunately, Paul's team understood our situation and helped us refinance with beneficial creative options and much lower rates than advertised by the banks. We wanted to go with a big 5 bank and Paul's team as a broker made it happen, all while including all the promotional cash back offers that the bank had available. Even on weekends or after regular business hours, either Paul or Cassandra would still be in touch with updates or when needed. Never once did we have to leave the house as everything was done in the comfort of our home. Also, if you enjoy a good read or would like to learn more on making the best out of your mortgages/finances, Paul's book "Beat The Bank" is well worth the read.
