Dr. Is great, only if she takes patient on time. My appointment was at 10:45 I waited an hour to be placed in the examining room and there I waited another 15 mins during which she was taking and examining patients that came after me, I couldnt believe it when she took the forth thats when I decided to leave, I am sorry but this is not acceptable, I know she is busy but she should also respect the appointment and the order of walk-in patient if thats who they are. Till this day no call from the office or from the doctor. Very disappointed specially when I drive an hour to see her.

Never recommend this doctor because I have awe full experience with my second child birth. I had so many issues after delivery.

She isnt the worst but very rude and poor manners. Wouldnt recommend honestly if you cant deal with the poor manners

My family doctor referred me to the early pregnancy clinic at Humber River hospital. Dr. Caccia was the the doctor on duty that day. I had spent the entire morning at the hospital doing a blood test and ultrasound. I patiently waited for my results trying to keep a positive outlook. Upon waiting for Dr. Caccia to see me, I heard her screaming at people in a very aggressive manner. She then proceeded to enter the room I was waiting in with BLOOD on her scrubs!. Her diagnosis was very unclear and left me with a bunch of questions. She told me there was no chance my pregnancy would survive zero, zip, none but then said I could of had two and only one had survived?? Basically she did not know what was going on with my situation and I should return in 2 weeks to follow up with more blood tests and an ultrasound. Before I could even register this information she walked out of the room and was gone. the nurse stayed behind and tried her best to answer any questions I had in a very sensitive and understanding manner. She also apologized for Dr. Caccias behaviour and said she has some issues. Well unfortunately, dont we all?.nothing excuses her crude insensitive remarks and attitude. With that being said, the nurse tried to book a follow up appointment, where she insisted that it would be a different doctor. I graciously declined. Regardless of the information given by Dr. Caccia, My husband and I seek a second opinion from a different doctor at a different hospital and pray that our pregnancy turns out to be a healthy one!

DR.CACCIA IS AMAZING , I just wish her staff carried themselves with both the high standard of respect and professionalism the beloved doctor does. I am always subject to condescending behaviour / and langauge when I'm there. Doctor Caccia does her job amazingly but her staff ESPECIALLY THAT RECEPTIONIST . SHE NEEDS TO GET HER ATTITUDE IN CHECK AND HER TUBE UN- TIED
