They responded promptly and explained all the details clearly before starting the job, ensuring there were no surprises or additional costs. The technician also left the place clean and tidy after the work was completed, and removed all the scrap. Overall, I am very happy with the services provided by Ideal Plumbing and Drain and highly recommend them

Hamed was extremely dependable! He replaced a mixed tap in a timely manner and took the old tap with him for scrap. Excellent bargain; would use again; appears to be quite busy; make reservations in advance! Throughout the years, plumbers have played us around a lot, so this was a breath of fresh air. If you're seeking for work to be finished swiftly and honestly, I would strongly recommend Ideal Plumbing and Drain.

I had a great experience with Ideal Plumbing and Drain when my hot water tank stopped working. They were able to send someone out on the same day and the technician was able to fix the issue in time.
