        Cheap rent but units are not professionally maintained and it shows. Paint is poorly done along with many other so called 'repairs/renovations'. Management is invasive and discriminatory. Wouldn't recommend.

        I cannot speak for all of Direct Properties building, however their building on Jameson Avenue has both bed bugs and cockroaches. They will offer only spray treatment for infestations, which covers their legal responsibility, but does not kill bed bugs. Renters beware!
