        Worst management office. You can't even smoke on your own balcony. Not recommended to new tenants.

        To the new tenants, thinking of renting and buying a condominium here. Please know the management is horrible, the witch Monica can sue you for anything and everything. She can even sue you for being a person of colour. Do yourself a favour and dont even consider this place. The packages were stolen a few times, our bikes were stolen from the basement. The management is purely disgusting and racist. May god bless the pure souls stuck there atm.

        Great office management and property manager Monica is the best shes very understanding and helpful. Most of these 1 star reviews are from people breaking their lease agreement thats clearly visible when signing on. They must be the prince of Nigeria since theyre above legally binding contracts. Monica will bend over backwards to help you out thanks again!
