I recently started sessions virtually and it's a bit of relief having someone to talk to about stuff you usually aren't comfortable sharing. To have someone listen with no judgement and help you see things from a different perspective that even my overthinking mind didn't consider. There is value in therapy, therapists have specialized knowledge and are better able to help you work through some issues.

The services at dynamic clinic are superior to any other therapy office Ive been to. I can only speak to the therapy services here but Ive been beyond amazed, comforted and supported through my journey here. I started 2023 seeing Smita (currently one of the student interns) and its been the best approach Ive personally experience than any other therapist/clinic/mental health support. Looking for a good therapist is hard and the clinics team ensures that you are matched to a therapist not only in your needs but also finances as well. Highly recommend reach out you WONT BE disappointed

I'm new to therapy and I've been seeing Sivan for a few weeks now. It has been life-changing! She is an amazing listener and I can see the value of expressing yourself in a safe space. I highly recommend Dynamic Health Therapy Clinic.
