My fianc and I recently purchased our first condo back in November 2022. Michael and Tristan were fantastic! They guided us through the entire process and made us feel confident in purchasing our first home. We started our search in the spring of 2022 and went to many viewings. They were happy to work at our pace and adapted to our everchanging needs (we were very indecisive at first). When it came down to choosing a realtor to sell our family's property, we were jumping into the market with a lot of unknowns. It was very welcoming and assuring that Michael and Tristan guided us through these with their wealth of knowledge and experience. I was very grateful to have Tristan and Mike by my side when I started my house hunting journey. Tristan is awesome, flexible and very easy to work with. On my house hunting journey we have scheduled many last minutes showing and able to see the units. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and he was able to answer and clarify them.

Tristan and Mike as The Momentus Group are in our lives as our Real Estate agents for a little over 2 years, since showing many units on the east side of GTA (when rented a condo unit in Scarborough), until closing our first condo purchase on the west end of GTA. Where do we even begin?! Gosh, no words to describe how grateful we are to have The Momentus Group by our side. From the start of our journey, which is trying to understand the process to selling my fianc his childhood home all the way through finding our own. The patience, and time they gave us to explain the process, what to expect, to even being our Therapist cause of the stress and frustration along the way, is above and beyond. One of the things that I will never forget and will forever be grateful is when Tristan had taken a couple of hours of his time to take us to see homes when we werent even ready to make purchase yet. Not every realtor would knowing that fact. He did because he wanted us to experience what its like to find the perfect home. It is our first home, a big purchase - could be our forever home and theres so much to consider along the way. We have our own wants and needs in a house. Every single detail was taken into account by Tristan & Mike. They were honest with their advice, kept it professional and kept our best interest in mind. There was no such thing as thats a little too much with them, what we want is what we want and what we need is what we need. With them, we felt like family rather than a client.
