she is the worst real estate agent i have ever meet . She just wants to sell the house even if it means the seller loses money. I made her an offer as a buyer, and all she wanted was for me to pay more than the market price. Then I said no, and a week later she sold to a buyer for less than $500,000, which is a good sale for the buyer. But also sad about the seller. ps if u were a agent Please be careful that this person will be in contact with your guest, she would prefer the buyer and seller have the same agent

Nancy Saedi is the rudest realtor Ive Ever come across. She was rude to me, the potential buyer and extremely rude to her client while I was viewing the condo. It put me right off. Id Never Deal with her and would buy any other condo in the building but Never her listing. Terrible experience. She should Never deal with the public!!

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the excellent service we received from Katie and Nancy . They were very accessible whenever we called and always had a solution to any of our concerns with a smile, knowledge and professionalism . From the beginning to the end they have been at our side and have made this experience much more pleasant than I could have imagined . We strongly recommend them to our friends and neighbours and are giving them a 5 star rating

We had great experience dealing with both Nancy and Katy, they both working as a perfect team, they are very efficient and knowledgeable. They are very caring too. We enjoyed working with them very much and they made our lives so much easier as they looked after all the details. Great job!
