Cheryl and Samantha are consummate professionals. -They know the market -They know people -And they know how to buy and sell houses We appreciated their expertise and attention to detail which made the process smooth and painless. 4 days after listing we had 7 unconditional bids and were sold over asking! We were referred to The Graff Girls and had the pleasure of working with Cheryl and Samantha during the sale of our home. The circumstances were such that we needed to list and close ASAP. They brought a professional photographer that took beautiful photos of the house. What do you want from your realtor? Obviously knowledge about the current market and expertise that allows for the best presentation of your property. But it was the extreme attention to detail and sincere listening from the Graff Girls that won us over. Their genuine ENTHUSIASM for the selling of our condo made the process a fun experience! Certainly there is stress involved when selling but we are happy to report that it was hugely reduced because we felt we were in great hands with Cheryl and Samantha. The best agents in Toronto. Cheryl and Samantha are a dynamic duo team. They are a household name in Toronto. My spouse and I have been renting for years, and after we got married, we made the choice to own in Toronto - something of a huge undertaking these days. Cheryl and Samantha were exemplary in their communication, honesty and transparency with us as first time home buyers. When it came time to place a bid, we were told by the listing agent that the reason we got our new place was completely because of their communication with Cheryl and Samantha.
