Our home was the first house that we closed not long after JJ had recently completed his real estate licence. We are so thankful for the guidance, support and advice that JJ had given to us (just a couple of millennials trying to get into the housing market) around November of 2020. JJ had listened and took note of our needs and concerns, in terms of location, neighbourhood, and even down to the very important things such as a place to host family gatherings. After seeing dozens of homes, we eventually had settled into a beautiful property with a pool! Thank you JJ for all your great effort and hard work in finding us a place to call home!

Right from our initial chats, checking out few properties, putting our first offer and getting it accepted to our closing day, JJ has been a very fundamental part of our first home buying journey. He understood our requirements and priorties well, and helped us find a place that was a really good fit for us. We are new to Toronto and didn't know much about the localities/areas but he guided us well and helped us find this place we can call home. This process wouldn't be the same without having him as our realtor.
