Unsuspecting public BEWARE! This real estate agency uses a clause in the contract which allows them to legally extort money from you, if you decide to change your mind about the timing of selling. They charged my family $6000 to get out of our contract, and we're not the first they've done this to. They're 20 yrs behind in their real estate approach - taking pictures, posting on MLS, then sitting back, just doesn't cut it anymore. They've been outclassed and outperformed by their competitors, which is perhaps why they resort to this unethical practice. Ron Amendola appears to be genuine, but actions speak louder than words. Engage this office at your own risk.

My Husband and I decided to make a "Big" move, and return back to our home city when we were expecting our second child. Tudor went above and beyond to facilitate every aspect of our move to our new home. Being very late in my pregnancy, Tudor stepped in to assist us with preparing to sell, as well as finding our "Forever Home". I have personally found it difficult to find an agent that takes the time to listen and assist you in achieving your goals. We were very successful in selling our home in Toronto in order to be closer to family in Hamilton. We now are the proud owners of a beautifully restored, century home in Hamilton.
