I have known Joachim for many years now where I knew he was an experienced and knowledgeable realtor. I decided to use his expertise to purchase 2 properties for my family to upgrade our current home and another for investment purposes. Each purchase, he provided the pros and cons for each property which was very important for my analysis. His knowledge of the market and passion for real estate is evident in everything he does.
