Despite the stressful situation we found ourselves in which pushed us to buy, she was able to make it a great experience and we're so happy we found the right home! Carol is the perfect realtor. When she knows you're serious about selling and buying - I honestly don't know when she sleeps! She is respectful, honest and patient. Loved working with Carol, met her as the listing agent of a property. I did not end up bidding that property but her knowledge and enthusiasm was contagious, and I asked if she would work with me to find my new farmhouse. We spend a few months traveling to many properties and finally found my dream home! I have introduced Carol to many of my friends looking, and plan to leverage her expertise again, especially with rural properties!
