My wife and I are new to Canada working in the technology field. Because our credits are lower, no landlord would accept us and weve been searching for a house for 3 months. December 1st was our deadline and we were so frustrated. Fast forward to one week prior, we met Jeff Lu from a friend and he was amazing! It is really amazing to come to Canada. My wife and me came from Poland and wanted to get condo. We met Jeff Lu and he worked very hard. We no speak English good and used phone translator and Jeff was very patient with us. We offered units but keep losing and want to give up. But Jeff keep working hard to talk with other agent and negotiate. FINALLY we won 3 other offers and got condo. I am very glad that I used Jim Mo Team as my listing agent to sell my investment property. This property I tried to list it on the market back in 2021 with different agent, but I didn't receive any offer close to my expectation. Now move on to late 2022. As we all know after interest rate increased couple times, the house market really slowing down and the price is much lower than 2021. I really didn't have high hope of selling what I wanted. But Somehow, Jim Mo and King Jin managed to do it! I am surprised how professional they are! I highly recommend contacting them if you have any questions related to real estate!
