I was moving to Toronto and a good friend recommended Stacy to me and, thank goodness, I was not disappointed. Stacy took the time to find multiple options for me and she provided insight and downtown Toronto street knowledge surrounding each unit we saw. Eventually I finally decided on the condo for me and Stacy seamlessly took care of all the paperwork and other info that I wasnt so clear about, while explaining each detail to clarity. I hands down will and DO recommend Stacy to any of my friends and acquaintances as I cant imagine any other realtor having the knowledge base and insight regarding downtown real estate. Shes also exceptionally easy to get along with . Thanks so much Stacy! Cant wait to work together again for my next upgrade!

She is professional, honest, and ensured that all our needs were met. We felt confident in our leasing decision, where Stacy ensured the rental process was stress-free. Stacy Tseramis was absolutely amazing when looking for a home in Toronto. She knew the answer to all of our questions and was able to calm our nerves in every regard. We found the most refreshing part to be that Stacy was able to tell us the hard truths and set us in the right direction when we had false assumptions about the market - All of her help led us to finding the perfect home in a crazy market, and at a price we were very content with. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a place to purchase or rent. She is an absolute joy to be around, very professional, kind and most of all, knowledgeable about this ever changing market.
