My parents were downsizing in Toronto and moving out to the Niagara Region, which was a difficult and emotional process for them, being that they had lives in Toronto all their life. But, Mario was very patient, understanding, and made them feel comfortable about the entire process. He really took the mission to heart and told them I am going to get every dollar I can for you, because I know it will be important part of your retirement. That statement gave my parents the peace of mind they were looking for. He was meticulous, and honest and guided them play by play, with what to do to get the house ready for showing; from repainting, decluttering, etc, to taking world class pictures of the property with his team, Mario Armani was a professional through and through. At a time where the market was starting to have a bit of uncertainty with rising interest rates, Mario still got the job done and got us a fair Market Value Price for the home. Dec 2022 -Im a retired Real Estate agent ! If you want to sell your home quickly and at top market value give Mario Armani at call! He will list your home at the perfect price to sell quickly! (Dont argue with him about the listing price as I did hell price it correctly and find you the right buyer and negotiate the sale for top dollar! He listed and sold our home in a just a week ! We could not be happier with the outcome of our expirence. Mario helped bring a qualified buyer off market & was able to close by the date we needed as we had purchased a new construction house. I started communicating with Mario in late 2020 when I was still planning out trying to buy a home. I was referred to Mario through a mutual contact and I was not ready yet to commit to buying a home 100% as I was still planning a few things. I contacted Mario to ask him some questions, and from then I kept in constant contact with him throughout the years. Mario was always quick to respond, professional and went above and beyond to help me. He still communicated with me despite me not having committed to buying a home during the time I was contacting him (I dont think many realtors would have even bothered to stay in contact with me at all). By mid- 2022 when I was ready to buy, I did not give it a second thought as to who I was going to have represent me as a first-time buyer. Mario exceeded my expectations; he treated my family like his own. Giving us sound advice, listening to our concerns and helping us stay positive in a daunting real estate market. He is determined, helpful, hardworking and most of all very committed to making sure, you as a buyer, achieve your dream in attaining your home. Mario introduced us to Adrian who also helped us look at homes.
