We moved to Toronto recently in the middle of difficult housing market for buyers. My husband and I worked with Ms. Pari Akbari to purchase our first home and really cant say enough good things about her and we couldnt have been more satisfied with the process. Pari was incredibly friendly and took time to walk us through the process and based on the levels of competitiveness of home buyers at Toronto, Pari gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of condos that we looked at. She is very knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Pari made it as painless and straightforward as possible. Without any hesitation, she showed us many units and the way she explained the details is truly awesome. Also, most important to me was the fact that she put absolutely no pressure on us and provided information in an even-handed and non-judgmental manner. Moreover, she is super flexible and really goes above and beyond to serve her clients throughout the entire process. She helped us view the final place several times, get it pre-inspected, put the offer together, and beat out the other offers. We never knew we could have this much enjoyable experience with a realtor. She is just very sincere and honest person who would go miles to make things happen for her clients. We love our condo and I hope were in our new home for a long time, but if we were to move, I wouldnt hesitate to work with Pari again or give her anything but the highest recommendation. In general, all of the staff in this branch are kind and helpful especially the management Ms. Bella Levy.
