I just wanted to leave a glowing review for Mehran. We clicked from the first time we met. I really liked his approach to real estate, his punctuality and his organization. Since we were from out of town, he asked us a series of question to try to match our needs and budget to a suburb in Toronto. Then, we went around on our first day to see a couple of houses in each of the different suburbs we had identifed. Do yourself a favour and select Mehran as your realtor, you will definitely thank me later.

Let me start with this : I do not leave a review at all. But its a shame if I do not leave a review for Mehran Malekzadeh. Living in another province and finding a house in another is for sure very challenging. On top on that, finding a realtor amongst a city full of realtors it makes it even harder. While being confused and stressed for finding a right realtor for our needs, who is also honest, knowledgable, caring and patient we heard about Mehran. From a client who already bought a house with Mehrans help. Right off the bat, I felt at ease with questions he asked me about my future house and my needs. He assessed our needs and I really liked it because it was not a robotic connection. It was not one of those custom design email and forward to all clients style. He created a list based on our budget, area we like, schools we chose and so on. He is punctual. Not even once he missed a phone call, text, or showing. For every single house he found us, he gave us a call and discussed the pros and cons. I know this may sound exaggerating but he is for real. Respectful, caring, knowledgable, honest, open. He even stopped me to put an offer on a house because he thought it was not a right one and I was making an emotional decision. Give yourself a favour and choose him. He deserves all stars but I can only choose 5. Thanks for making our experience very enjoyable. We need more people like you.
