Sold a property via Gail. From the initial negotiation with tenant, to listing and staging, to the final closing, the whole experience was smooth and hassle free. Gail's listing price was spot on. When negotiating with the buyer, she implemented right strategy to achieve the best balance between selling price and closing price.
