Judy is one of the best agents that I have dealt with. She organized the staging of my house, coordinated the movers, and listed the house all in one weekend. She is efficient, very hard working, extremely intelligent and a very caring person. She goes above and beyond each time to make sure that her clients are very well looked after. When Judy first came to meet us, she was completely prepared for the meeting. She had with her: a binder showing all the houses she sold for the past 3 years, a professional assessment of why my house was worth the price and a huge binder of what she did to make sure my house sold. I hired her in the spot. I recommend Judy very highly to anyone who wants to sell a house!

Judy has made selling our home a wonderful experience. She was exceptionally professional in every step of the process. The first time we met Judy, we found her to be very knowledgeable, friendly and at the top of her profession. She had brought for our meeting, all the necessary details of our area, market conditions, trends and a comparison of homes sold and being sold. From the time we agreed to list our home with her, everything went like clockwork. She arranged for our home to be professionally cleaned, staged for viewing, pictures/videos taken, a beautiful detailed brochure produced and the listing placed on various social media websites. Judy kept us informed of all viewings and discussed all offers with us in detail. Communications with her were excellent; we were able to text, email and/or talk to her anytime even outside of normal working hours. In dealing with the final offer, we were even able to get a closing date that suited us entirely. Our home was sold in a week, all thanks to Judy and her crew. A job well done!
