Helya was a great real estate agent to have. She was pleasant, responsive and attentive to the many questions we had. She really helped with every step of the buying process and connected us to the various resources, lawyers, and mortgage brokers to find what suited our needs the best. Helyas ability to work closely with us during the process was greatly appreciated and made our first time, as home buyers, less daunting. Furthermore, her attention to detail to make sure the areas, surrounding amenities were to our specifications.
