After 1 hour that i sent an email to them they replied and set an appointment. The manager is so professional, kind and helpful I really appreciate for making this great option for us to put our kids there without any concern.

Terrible first impression! I called and talked to one of the staff to get information, although she promised to send me over all info by email but unfortunately after several calls and follow ups nothing has been done from them. My husband tried his chance with same experience!!!! Eventually, we got so disappointed and decided to go with other daycares who respect to the customers!

Unfortunately I had the same experince as the previous poster. Several emails and phone calls were left unresponded. I finally got hold of a very pleasant lady and told her I was looking to start in 6 months and I wanted to go for a tour. She promised to call me with a tour date and time. I didn't hear back. 2 more attempt at communication and I was disappointed enough not to pursue anymore. To my suprise I got a phone call from them 9 months later to arrange for a tour. My son had already settled in a wonderful daycare 3 months prior. I was about to give them another shot and reconsider them for the sake of some Farsi education but from the other reviewers experience nothing has changed.
