rude and unprofessional staff and accountant. I paid for my audit to accountant Mohammad. I had to pay CRA for their mistakes and later this accountant talked very rude. These people are friendly till they get your money, then they are not accepting any responsibility and treat you very bad. They are scammer.

I am giving 1 star because there is no minus star. I found flyers, ads on bus stops and everywhere highlighting $18 for tax filing. I phoned. An Indian person picked up the phone. The very first few words revealed unprofessionalism. Anyways, I explained my case clearly in detail. I asked total inclusive price for my case. He discussed it and told $26 each for me and fir my wife. I went there. Spent total ~2 hrs for getting there, finding office and discussing in-person. It was a trap > attracting people by $18 ad. The place was empty except only one client which also was a red flag! Why not busy in this tax season? Anyways, this Indian person asked to fill out a form. Then: A big surprise: He calculated total $265 and asked if I want to proceed. WTH!! $18 vs $265!! Then he left the counter and an asian lady took over. The Indian man talks unprofessionally over the phone and in person, and acts unprofessionally > by trying to get personal and by unnecessary jokes!! I wasted my precious total 2 hrs. I complained this about the asian lady there. Then left from there after this surprising cost revelation. It may seem okay to some, but $18 or $26 vs $265??? Then I went to other real professional. And got it done in just $150 for family. No jokes, no ambiguity, no hidden fee! My strong suggestion is do not go to this buisness. It will create issue even after the service, as mentioned in other reviews also. The unprofessionalism and try- to-fool is a big alert!! Red flag! Advise to the buisness: Do not waste others' time, behave professionally, and be clear over the phone and most importantly : DO NOT TRY TO FOOL PEOPLE AND WASTE THEIR PRECIOUS TIME BY $18 Ad. It will ruin the buisness forever.

I had a very bad experience yesterday with the old Indian guy ( never know his name( he says he handles three Tax center ? god only knows what he handles) and his patience level is Zero .he is not ready to listen our tax issue and he's in his own world who thinks genius, but he don't know nothing , I guess he have some issues in his mind , I think ,this is the right time for him to see some doctor. .Although we gonna pay him for his job .he treat people unprofessionally and he informed me that he did tax filing for 60000 people and questioned me ? like, have you done a single tax filing ? if I would have done tax filing myself then why should I come to your office ? The work he quoted was 110$+tax and the same tax filing I have done for 35$ in matter of 10 mins time in other Tax consultant and am happy about that . Please ignore this place and I strongly not recommend anyone to waste your time here.
