Sales rep just told me to do his job. Customer support asked me to go to this location to get my router replaced only for them not to have it. Sales Rep then tells me, to tell the support they don't have it there. Horrible way of telling a disgruntled customer to do more work for him. These stores don't care about support and just want to sell. It was wrong for my part to think any of the people inside can help. That's why I left their mobile services.

I visited this Bell store last week and initially asked a representative to help me order a new sim card as I has lost my card. The man who helped me initially was not very helpful and just directed me to a phone at the back of the store to call and order one. After about 10 minutes trying to order it, Jenny saw that I was struggling and offered to do it for me. She then took over and was very helpful and attentive and went through the process on my behalf. I am giving 4 stars only due to my bad experience initially but Jenny deserves 5 stars.
