        Axcellent allowed someone to open a fraudulent account with Bell under my ex-wife's name and under her credit card. At no point did Axcellent have a physical ID or a physical credit card when this account was created. Axcellent made a mistake. I understand mistakes happen, so please do the right thing. Call Bell and inform them that this account was opened fraudulently and that the balance needs to be zeroed. Thank you for your time.

        I needed quotes for my new phone line, and was answered by Joyce Lee from Axcellent Communication. Over the past two weeks, Ive talked to many agents from Rogers, Freedom, Virgins and you name it, but Axcellent Com., by far, provided the most affordable price. You wont find any lower price point anywhere, period. Now Im with Bell and a happy customer. Please forward my gratitude to Joyce Lee for her professionalism.
