Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Oakville

Had a late check in (which we called to advise them in advance) was very surprised to see that the doors were locked and there was a security guard there to let us in. As this is not a dangerous part of town. Continuing to check in- it was smooth. Got to the room, everything was fine. the only thing I can complain about was that after check out I thought I had forgotten my passport in the room, I called and called - was transferred to different people's voicemails. and NO ONE got back to me. This was a very serious situation, and it seemed like NO ONE there cared enough to help.

Great friendly staff, decent rooms, good food. If you are in Oakville and are looking for a place to stay this will work. It's a little off the path which is nice.

Good location for my business trip. Nice hotel and very nice by staff. Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was the keurig coffee machine needed to be cleaned out better.
