Gross. Stayed here March 10, 2023. The room was dirty. There was a peanut on the carpet near the bed and the bathroom was not cleaned prior to our stay. I called the front desk to see if we could get transferred to another room and the person said they were fully booked. The person was extremely rude. There were only like 10 vehicles in the parking lot so I dont see how that was possible. But anyway, the bathroom was nasty, hair was all over the tub/shower and there was tooth paste in the sink from the previous guest. There was dried urine on the toilet seat. The bathroom was not cleaned between guests. I told this to the front desk man and someone came and wiped down the bathroom, only took him about 5 minutes. So they couldnt take 5 minutes to clean the bathroom before another guest checked into the room.

On the 1st floor there is the gym, the laundry room and the bedrooms from 101 to.... I had room 106, my friends room 104 and another couple of friends were on the 2nd floor room 202. On the 2nd floor is the reception, the waiting room, the breakfast room and the bedrooms from 201 to... All good on the 2nd floor, no bad smell. The hotel has an elevator. The hotel is clean and well maintained apart from the smell on the 1st floor. The rooms are clean, well soundproofed, the bathroom is functional and there is no bad smell in the rooms, even on the 1st floor. The bed is super comfortable. The bathroom fan makes noise when the lamp is turned on, but that's a detail. The towels are clean and soft. There is enough gel for the course and the hair. There reigns a smell of feet that smell atrociously bad. The second day they put an air purifier in the hallway which reduced the smell. But this strong smell came back as soon as the purifier stopped. The breakfast room is clean and simple and there are just the essentials: coffee, tea, orange juice, hard-boiled eggs, cereals, fruit, yogurts, breads, bagels and excellent hot croissants. The elevator is clean and functional. The reception is very courteous and friendly. The carpet is clean throughout the hotel and there are ceramic tiles in the bathrooms. Apart from the smell of the 1st floor, nothing to say about the hotel because the welcome and the smile of all the staff is there. Bonne situation lorsqu'on veut tre entre Niagara Falls et Toronto. Trs proche de l'autoroute, on y accde facilement. Le parking est vaste et gratuit. L'htel ne subit pas le bruit environnant et encore moins le trafic, ce qui est une bonne chose. Il est facile de rejoindre le centre-ville d'Oakville aussi. Le ckeck inn se fait facilement et rapidement. L'htel est bien entretenu sauf: l'odeur au 1er tage est intenable. Au 1er tage il y a la salle de sport, la buanderie et les chambres du 101 .... J'avais la chambre 106, mes amis la chambre 104 et un autre couple d'amis tait au 2eme tage chambre 202. Au 2eme tage se trouve la rception, la salle d'attente, la salle de djeuner et les chambres du 201 ... Tout a bien au 2e tage, pas de mauvaise odeur. L'htel dispose d'un ascenseur. L'htel est propre et bien entretenu part l'odeur du 1er tage. Les chambres sont propres, bien insonorises, la salle de bains est fonctionnelle et il n'y a aucune mauvaise odeur dans les chambres, mme au 1er tage. Le lit est super confortable. Le fan de salle de bain fait du bruit lorsqu'on allum la lampe mais c'est un dtail. Les serviettes sont propres et douces. Il y a assez de gel pour le cours et les cheveux. Il y rgne une odeur de pieds qui sentent atrocement mauvais. Le deuxime jours ils ont mis un purificateur d'air dans le couloir, ce qui a attnu l'odeur. Mais cette forte odeur est revenue des que le purificateur s'est arrt. La salle de djeuner est propre et simple et il y a juste l'essentiel : caf, th, jus d'orange, oeufs durs, crales, fruits, yaourts, pains, bagels et d'excellents croissants chauds. L'ascenseur est propre et fonctionnel. L'accueil est trs courtois et sympa. La moquette est propre dans tout l'htel et il y a de la cramique dans les salles de bains. part l'odeur du 1er tage, rien dire de l'htel car lacceuil et le sourire de tout le personnel est au rendez-vous. Le mnage est fait rgulirement Nous sommes rests 2 nuits et a nous convenait largement. Pas plus de 2 nuits.
