Chris has been amazing to work with. We were in the market to buy our dream house in the GTA for 4 years and during that time Chris was very responsive and helped us understand exactly what we could afford and what the various risks were. When we were finally successful he helped us through the process including some last minutes loose ends. I don't think this would have been possible going to our normal bank; you need a broker like Chris to help you through the process in the market we have.

Great experience! Chris worked with us in a very professional manner and took care of every aspect of the mortgage process. We had a very short notice for the closing date, and an overlap with a planned out of country vacation, Chris worked with our lawyer and made sure everything was ready to go upon our return.

Chris is an absolute life saver! This was our first home purchase and after interviewing a few mortgage brokers we chose Chris. As a self-employed person, he seemed to understand our situation best and put us at ease right from the start. Through the process, we encountered many unexpected hurdles, all of which were out of our control, and on a super tight close to boot. Needless to say, our teeth were chattering. Yet, every time we hit a roadblock, Chris kept calm and acted swiftly to offer up multiple solutions putting us at ease once again. It was clear to us that Chris has built great relationships with his lenders since they moved just as quickly as he did to get everything sorted by our closing date. He is extremely hard-working, patient, personable, honest, calm under pressure, and has great problem-solving skillsthe list goes on. Thank you so much for moving mountains for us!
