From the knowledgeable and caring staff, to the large variety of quality products, PSH is a fantastic business for ceramic supplies. If Ive ever had a question, or an urgent item request, theyve always done their best to make sure they let me know Im a valued customer. I appreciate their integrity and service, helpful advice and ongoing support. They are the place I send my students to as I know they will be respected and given thoughtful guidance. Honestly, I feel bad giving a one star review to a local, small business. But, this company proves not every company should go into ecommerce. It's taken 3 weeks to even think about shipping an item. When I inquired late last week, I was told early this week, today comes and goes and I get no additional information. So, I asked for a refund and have yet to receive a response recognising that.

Really disappointed with their cone 6 glazes. A couple of them did not match the website photo or description at all, and others were so weak that you could still see the clay through the glaze even though I applied four coats! Wish I had saved my money and gone with Mayco or Amaco glazes.
