My wife and I can HIGHLY recommend Alex Winiarski to first time home buyers. As non-Hamiltonians, we entered an area of Southern Ontario that we weren't very familiar with. Alex helped us through every step of the way. Alex was super knowledgeable during the negotiating process, and helped immensely while setting up everything we needed to transition into the new home.
