Working with Fionna on my sale was a pleasure, and I have already recommended her to a friend who had a similar experience. Fionna worked WITH me, specifically in that we discussed everything in detail - the listing price, the go to market strategy, renovation updates to make and more importantly to NOT make (they would not have generated adequate return, so my money and effort was saved). When it came to the purchase offers, Fionna provided advice that we again discussed, and her advice was bang on. We sold quickly and over asking. I'm happy I had Fionna on my team!
