I dont want to rate this people but I have to make public how bad this dealer is, Im just call to know how much my nephew have to pay off , because was a big mistake to buy the car from day one , he hed to bring the car all times to the mechanic and they only care about the Money, the person to answer the phone star to scream and answer so bad, he claim to be harassed to dont answer the questions, I have a record of my conversation with this person, very unprofessional, please dont buy any car on this dealer ROCKCLIFF AUTO SCARBOUROUGH will be the big night mare for you, please dont buy or let them get to you , they treat you really good until you sign, after that you will regretted. Please share this review l, is a llno fair they take advantage from more people.

Bought a dodge Ram from them Took almost 3 weeks to get it as they claimed the mechanic was having issues repairing a heater core and or water pump . Seemed like whoever you talked to the part changed lol Had the truck for 4 weeks in that time I replaced , battery( was in first 10 days) starter , front breaks Truck always had a coolant smell coming from it so questionable on the heater core Havent even had the truck for a year , did all the regular maintenance on it , and 26,000 kms in and the engine blew ! The great warranty they sell you only covers 2900$ of the 8500$ repair bill . I have all documents and paper work to show all of the above also Sent an email to them about 2/3 weeks ago not even a reply ! Crickets Kind of stunned by this customer service Definitely would not recommend them to anyone not sure how omvic and mto standards have you replacing brakes within 30 days of purchase
