        First, I had to repeat myself for about 4-5 times for them to take my order. Second even so, some items were not included and when I asked for them, they said you have to pay for it(of course I know this and thats why I ordered them in first place) so I paid for them separately at pick up counter. Third, they did not include paper napkins in a meal. None Fourth, I felt like they may have taken a bit longer to prepare my meal. The meal was very good and so was coffee. Improvement in these areas will result in better ratings. Thanks
