Regal Eye Care

Loved the experience here! My child's appointment was so thorough and the doctor went through everything. The booking process was straightforward and I ordered my daughter's glasses and contact lenses through Regal and they were great! The best part was the direct billing and we were able to get our stuff in time for our vacation. Thank you guys for being awesome!

Optometry: Very thorough and goes through all of your options if you have any specific concerns with your eyesight. I would recommend them over and over. 100/100 absolutely perfect. Purchasing Glasses: Guys I'm sorry but this is getting ridiculous. Here are our experiences with purchasing glasses. Take from them what you will. My experience: I walked out of my eye appointment they did extra drops and as such my eyes were so sensitive to light I couldn't look up. The front area is well lit with natural light. Its beautiful but I couldn't see lol. They still tried to sit me in a chair to try and pick out frames. I told them I want to shop around and compare prices and they still kept trying to make the sale. I'm not buying anything if I can't see. My Fianc: This is where they've really let us down. They're the only place in town that we've found that does the color blind glasses. So my fianc being colorblind I pitched it to him not knowing the hassle we would be going through. His eye appointment was mid June. He went to go look at frames after the appointment and was told the pair he wanted wouldn't fit the lenses and offered up a more expensive pair. He goes with their recommendation pays and leaves. They tell him the glasses will be ready 2nd week of July. Long story short we didn't get them until mid August. We go to pick them up finally and they tell us 'the lens isn't fitting right in the frame'. The same frame they told my fianc would fit the lenses. They said go ahead and use these in the meantime just be careful. We are now past the middle of September and gone in twice and called to ask about them and we keep getting the run around. The guy whose handling it seems very non chalant about the whole thing. All we're getting is 'oh give us more time we'll call you'. There seems to be no urgency from the fact you have a client that is 2 months late on a pair of glasses and the 1st one got screwed up. The insurance has already paid out the glasses we can't go anywhere else. Unlike myself he can't see without them. If that lens pops out he's screwed.
