Judith was very professional in the evaluation of my hearing needs and choices of possible hearing aid solutions. As well the financial arrangements that were available through Hearing Life made the decision to purchase more affordable.

The last time I visited the Orillia location was over five years ago. I do NOT go there any more because they overcharged me $500.00 too much compared to other hearing experts in the Orillia/Barrie area. I informed them at the time that their policy was terrible and in future I would not be returning to Hearing Life, ever. Their techs were more interested in selling a product than correcting my hearing problem. Quite simply put; I was hosed. I did not realize at that time that forever and a day, I would be subjected to bi-monthly mailings from this mismanaged company. I have repeatedly requested that I be removed from their mailing list, to no avail. I have sent their letters back to them with an explanation; I have visited their Orillia location on two occasions to stop the mailings and was assured they would. NOT SO!! They lied to me again. This is a company that I recommend no-one go anywhere near. Mike Williams Washago, On.
