Had an excellent experience today. Matt went out of his way and helped me hear my kids from the other room. I've dealt with hearing loss for a very long time due to my work environments. I've always just adapt and dealt with it. Today Matt showed me there is a lot more to the world and i shouldn't miss out on it. Thank you Matt!

I had a procedure scheduled but didnt end up needing it. They didnt charge me and they did a free hearing test! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend! Thanks for the excellent service.

Matthew could not have been more patient with my hearing needs. He wanted to ensure that I had aids that would meet my needs in my dynamic and changing work environment. I had worn in-the-ear aids for many years, but he suggested we try a top of the line (rechargeable!) behind the ear aids. These were amazing in both features and sound; However, I personally struggled with them being behind my ears because I wear eyeglasses, have long hair and needed to wear a mask at times. I found that it was just too much behind my ears to make it work. When I expressed this to Matthew. he was extremely gracious and understanding and immediately sought to remedy my struggle with top of the line in-the-ear aids. Ive never had such a noticeable change in sound.quality and volume before. Clearly the technology continues to improve. If you have older aids, or specific needs with your hearing conditions, I can highly recommend Matthew. He even graciously said that ensuring he matches the right aids for each person is part of what he enjoys in his job. He did not once make me feel like I was troublesome. He and the office administrator, Victoria, were absolutely lovely throughout this process. Thank you so much to you both! I highly recommend you try HearCanada for any hearing concerns you may have.
