The sales representative was fantastic as he tried to help with rental properties in town. He did suggest a purchase is the best solution and had plenty of homes to show. He booked us a viewing and made sure we were happy with the outcome.

First off I have to say that we are friendly and easygoing couple that have paid a year in rent to a landlord who decided to sell two months after giving him the full amount. That being said we have been as accommodating to the landlord as possible as to showings and realestate coming through. We have been beyond courteous to the land lord and realestate agent when told your company was showing the house. Only to be told after the scheduled showing that she cancelled but we were still given grief for asking or being here to make sure no one even showed. I have texts to show we have been passive even with the rude comments made by one of your own who has made scheduling to do a showing today . we would leave and not interfere only to be told she cancelled after the event was scheduled Would she had told us otherwise? I dont think so. We have had nothing but trouble with the landlord and now the realestate agent who makes scheduled showings tells us to go only to waste our weekend our gas money and our extra Tiding to cancel after the realtor min prior to the end of the open house Its one thing to be invaded 3 times a month on average for a landlord to make copious appearances here with 7 cameras in the front of the house and a trail camera. And now we have given your agent the benefit of the doubt and giving her the respect because we know she has a job to do but to not take responsibility for her short comings and treating us disrespectfully as she has today is not going to be tolerated. I really hope your agency is not full of people who treat people the way your own has treated us. More to follow
