Had long thick hair past my shoulder. I asked for a v-shape in the black and long face framing layers. Instead I got multiple uneven layers through out my whole head, & to add insult to injury the stylist razored and thinned out my hair without my consent and made my hair paper thin. My hair is damaged from all the razoring & thinning out. I cannot even style it. I then had to go somewhere else and spend a $100else to fix it. To the shop owners response. You didnt even take the time to comb out my hair before cutting it which was very unprofessional and I even showed you a picture and asked multiple questions before proceeding. You assured me you could mimic the picture, not to mention you didnt even wash my hair properly and left shampoo and conditioner residue. You were too busy asking personal questions as opposed to paying attention to my hair. Also itwasnt my inability but yours. You never once explained anything nor your intentions you just said you could do it like the picture, which you didnt at all, for their hair wasnt thinned our not razored in the pic. And it wasnt a perceived problem but factual as in i had to go somewhere else and spend $100 to fix it and had to chop off the majority of my hair. Service: Hairstyling
