I went in about 6 weeks ago to get my first ever balayage done and man! Was it amazing or what?! From Jen greeting us at the front, to having Angel, Emma and Nicole working on my hair - everything was absolutely perfect; I even booked to have my toner appointment again in a few days with Angel! They don't make you feel awkward at all, and instead, they talk to you, make you feel so comfortable; heck I even got a few date night ideas from Angel! Emma massaged my head after the colour and OHHHHH it felt so so sooo good and relaxing! And then Nicole came and put it all together! I just don't know what else to say except that it was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend coming here and speaking to the stylists to see what it is you want, and then listening and TRUSTING them!! Definitely referring others and coming back myself!! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!! They deserve it! Services: Balayage, Blowouts, Shampoo & conditioning

I was looking for hair salon near me and this place came up. I was going through the reviews of this studio before getting an appointment where it said you are not welcome if you are a woman of colour(!). Nonetheless, i decided to give it a try and here is my experience- The lady in reception welcomed me, had my coat removed and got me seated. My stylist was Julia, a wonderful and talented lady. She helped me get my desired cut and she was very very polite and friendly. I absolutely had no problem making her understand what i want. She also recommended me products and tips for styling my hair which i actually am following and getting great results. Left the salon with a smile on my face! Thank you so much Julia and Fabrik, will come back for sure! :)

I had an OK experience and will probably wont go back anymore. I paid 150 for hair color and cut(Julia junior hairstylist) I didnt like the vibe of the staff
