        Extremely poor customer service. Owner was condescending and rude. Very unwilling to follow the company policy and did not care to look up the company policy as she stated it did not benefit her! Never shop here. Such a disgusting display of human behaviour!

        Today, I had the best shopping experience in the Oshawa Centre at Swarovski. I was searching for a Christmas ornament for my grandmother and everyone was so helpful, kind and polite. I found exactly what I was looking for and more! Additionally, the store was very clean and vibrant. They went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect Christmas gift! I will definitely be back again because of the fantastic service I received!

        The worst customer service possible. My husband bought some earrings for me for my birthday on the 1st. I went in today, the 15th and wanted a refund. I was told that I was 1 day late and all they could do was offer an exchange. I didnt want an exchange, I had my receipt, the packaging everything. Now Im stuck with earrings I dont want and $120 out the window. Not happy will not shop here again!
