My great uncle Brad (who is getting grumpy in his older age LOL) has been going to Chattens for 10 years. And every time I pick him up after an appointment...he always has a great big GRIN on his face! Thank you Chattens !! Whatever your doing - keep doing it!!

I have been hearing impaired all my life, requiring the use of hearing devices in my early twenties (a few decades have since passed). I have a condition that is progressive and my type of hearing loss is VERY hard to fit hearing devices specific to digital products which is now mainstream by all the manufacturers. I have been taken cared of by the Chattens Better Hearing team for what seems to be forever, coming to them from a previous device provider that I was simply a dollar sign to them. From DAY ONE I have been received by gracious, VERY patient and knowledgeable team members. During the days of Analogue devices, I have had MANY aids as my hearing loss progressed and with each product this team provided ultimate customer service and care. Now that Digital is the only product produced by the manufacturing companies - the Chattens' team have been nothing but helpful, diligent, patient and VERY determined to help me hear and hear better - they have gone above and beyond for me and for that I am grateful. I would recommend Chattens Better Hearing Service and their team without hesitation. I consider myself a very satisfied and THANKFUL client......Sue K.
