        So I show up after they open, have a doctor here and everything...and I'm told that I have to wait an hour for the walk in doctor to see me...at 8am after they opened...the people running the desk wouldn't even tell me where another clinic is to get checked out. The front desk are some of the rudest people I've ever encountered and they're only getting worse. My doctor is in this clinic and they always book me with a ANOTHER doctor, that's if they answer the phone.

        Please display No walk-ins today board at your parking entrance in case the doctors are not taking walk in patients for that day, so that people can save at least the unnecessary parking fee.

        Everything seems to have gone downhill, no follow up from the doctor and the process to get an appointment is so difficult now. Even when the appointment is booked, the doctor never calls within that timeframe and I didnt even get a call at all yesterday. I get youre busy but there needs to be some follow up with your patients who need help.
