        What kind of clinic has no nurses or doctor available? What a waste of time.

        Don't bother going here. They say they are open, and when you get there, the doors are locked an hour before closing time. The receptionist is extremely rude. I thought health care workers were supposed to be empathetic. I guess not here.

        Rude, disorganized and a waste of my.time. I.waited 2 hours for less than 5 minutes of the Dr's time and was told they only dealt with one issue at a time and I should go see my family doctor. My family doctor is in east York. Which is why I came to this clinic. Very rude and unprofessional.

        Being here two nights in a row to see a dr. Last night at 6.30 only to be told the dr left at 5.30 pm and tonight at 6.30 again sign on door saying the office has reached maximum capacity. Yet there is not one person in the office. Please have the decency to update your answering machine , so people dont make a wasted trip.
