We first met Nancy Dressel from Keller Williams Energy Real Estate as the listing agent at an open house we wandered through in our neighbourhood. We stopped to chat and absolutely adored her from the start. She was warm and professional, not at all pushy. She talked to us like people and didnt treat us like we were just some sale. When we started seriously looking to buy our first home a couple of months later, we immediately called Nancy to be our Realtor; we are so glad we did! We had very specific parameters of what and where we were looking, and in a sudden desperate time crunch. Somehow Nancy managed to find us lots of great property options in Durham right away. Unfortunately bidding wars were a constant source of stress and eventual heartbreak. It was a roller coaster for us and, Im sure, annoying and frustrating for her but, she never showed it. Nancy seamlessly guided us through the whole process, until we found our perfect home in a great location. We love telling the story of how we found our first home to friends and family when they come to visit. We couldnt imagine the buying process without Nancy and KW Energy Real Estate. Nancy is amazing in every sense of the word. She keeps up to date with what is happening in the world of real estate. Nancy was with us on this journey for almost 2 years as we brought my mother then my husband's parents into the move. We trusted her judgment, insight and experience. Not only did our home sell within the first few days, but sold for more then asking. Nancy's the best! We had a very unique property to sell and Nancy always gave us great advice and did what was best for us. She is very knowledgeable and thorough in her work and didn't shy away from spending time on Open Houses and Advertising to showcase our property. Most of all, she has become a good friend through this experience. She's a very warm and caring person with a big heart and it was nice to work with someone who we could trust and always had our best interest in mind.
