My company, Altona Painting, has been brought on to paint several of the Kayland Group's listings this year (2022), and I must say I'm overwhelmingly impressed with how they run their operation. All of the elements that go into listing a home (i.e. de-cluttering, to painting, to staging, photos, and so forth) are SEAMLESSLY executed in a logical sequence with fair timelines to execute the task needed to get the house "sale-ready." There has consistently been a very high level of communication when working with Tracy and her various other team members. I can also tell when conversing with Tracy's clients (and her team members' clients) that they put a lot of trust in her, and are also enjoying their experience working with her. I'd HIGHLY recommend working with Tracy and any of the Kayland Group team members when buying or selling.
